Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Wild Wing. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving.
  • Ensure high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
