Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Guest Plumbing and Heating. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and organize construction projects, including budgeting and scheduling
  • Select trade subcontractors and prepare contracts
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems
  • Read blueprint, schemas, and drawings
  • Plan and manage budgets, including financial reporting and analysis
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Develop risk management plans and oversee data analysis
  • Prepare reports and present findings to management
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Industrial, commercial, and institutional construction experience
  • Project management certification or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
