As a key member of our operations team, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate construction activities, including crew and equipment management, to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Implement and maintain the company's Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) management system, ensuring adherence to regulations.
  • Manage plans, specifications, cost estimates, subcontract reports, and related documentation.
  • Evaluate and establish construction work schedules, monitoring progress and initiating updates as needed.
  • Process daily units of completion, time cards, and material packing slips for payment and cost control updates.
  • Coordinate procurement of construction materials, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of purchase orders.
  • Expedite progress payment certificates, final payment certificates, and extra work orders as per contract.
  • Calculate productivity and material yields.
  • Maintain project diaries and conduct field services as required.

Requirements

  • Civil Engineering Degree or Technologist/Diploma with related experience.
  • Valid full Class G driver's license.
  • Able to work overtime and night shifts based on operational requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with shifting priorities.
  • Focused on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
