Job Description

Job Title: Site Superintendent

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead our construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and organize construction projects to meet client requirements
  • Supervise and direct day-to-day field activities, ensuring site safety and security
  • Manage site office operations, including first aid and eye wash stations
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Review and approve shop drawings and construction plans
  • Manage project costs and ensure compliance with budget and schedule
  • Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or college diploma in Construction Management
  • 10+ years of experience in the ICI construction industry
  • P.Eng certification
  • Strong knowledge of construction, estimating, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Gold Seal Certified/LEED Accredited is an asset
