Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sushi & Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and train our kitchen team to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
