Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead

SAINATH FOOD LTD is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
Requirements:
  • Will train
