Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SAINATH FOOD LTD. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date information to inform our business decisions.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: Will train, but previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
