About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Director, Marketing to provide leadership and oversight of our corporate marketing functions. This key role will be responsible for developing and implementing global marketing strategies to promote the Eclipse group of companies.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement global marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and positioning for our company's brands
  • Work closely with our sales department to develop strategies that maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction
  • Support business decisions by providing product, industry, market, and competitive analyses
  • Manage all marketing materials and branding for the Eclipse group of companies
  • Develop sales presentations and reports based on collected information, including marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing


Requirements



  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as marketing, public relations, or journalism
  • At least 5 years' experience in marketing with a focus on sales and business development
  • Demonstrated experience in creating successful marketing and public relations collateral
  • Ability to initiate and monitor several simultaneous projects

  • An estimated salary range of $160,000 - $185,000 per year
