  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal store operations.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service, promoting and selling merchandise to meet sales targets.
  • Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising, and Personnel Matters: Analyze sales data, merchandise performance, and personnel metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Resolve Issues that May Arise, Including Customer Requests, Complaints, and Supply Shortages: Proactively address customer concerns, resolve issues, and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities of Workers: Lead and direct the activities of sales associates, ensuring a smooth and efficient store operation.
  • Oversee Payroll Administration: Process and manage payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate and provide feedback to sales associates, identifying areas for improvement and development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Language: English.
