Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at OHM CONVENIENCE INC. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Manage Inventory: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and support.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent customer service skills.
