Unlock Your Potential as a Senior Systems Advisor in Collaboration Technologies

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Advisor to join our team in Collaboration Technologies. As a key member of our international professional services setting, you'll be responsible for managing and supporting the deployment and maintenance of collaboration platforms across the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) sector.

In this dynamic role, you'll provide high-level technical advice and support to Collaboration Systems Advisors across hemispheres, promote and comply with GHD's unified collaboration platforms and practices, and lead technical planning and implementation of work programs aligned with GHD's strategic business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical advice and support to Collaboration Systems Advisors
  • Support the promotion and compliance of GHD's unified collaboration platforms and practices
  • Lead technical planning and implementation of work programs
  • Facilitate vendor management, issue resolution, and implementation of strategic IT initiatives
  • Maintain high availability of GHD's collaboration platforms and implement continuous improvement strategies

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in AEC project delivery
  • Strong understanding of ProjectWise, BIM360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar systems
  • Proven project management skills with flexibility in work hours and willingness to travel
  • Degree qualification in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is desirable
  • Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement, leadership across cultural and remote teams, and complex problem solving
  • Deep knowledge of information management practices in an AEC project delivery context

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications related to project management or IT service management
  • Experience in global professional services organizations
  • Advanced skills in digitalization and information lifecycle management within the AEC sector
