About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics Platform Analyst to join our Digital Services team at Alberta Innovates. As a subject matter expert for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, you will provide technical and strategic leadership, develop strategies and recommendations, and support the implementation of new systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives for Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Design and develop custom solutions that extend and enhance Out of the Box (OOTB) functionality.
  • Develop and implement robust data models and architectures, ensuring integrity, security, and scalability.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers, facilitating knowledge sharing and skills development.
  • Support deployment, configuration migration, and user training activities to ensure successful adoption.
  • Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Dynamics 365 applications, proactively addressing potential issues.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education or a University Degree from a recognized institution in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related program.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in progressively responsible roles within Information Technology.
  • 5 years of experience supporting the Dynamics 365 platform.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience of cloud platforms and services.
