We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Coast Mental Health. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation and management of Licensed Specialized Residential Facilities for people with mental illness.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of unionized mental health workers and support program volunteers
- Develop and implement program plans in alignment with overall Coast strategies and operational plans
- Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including risk management, financial management, and property maintenance
- Collaborate with other Housing Program Staff, friends and family members of clients, aboriginal communities or agencies, other community agencies, clinical staff, vocational and educational supports, and any agency or person committed to positive outcomes for clients
- Current Registration with BCCNM as an RPN, RN or LPN with good standing
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mental health, supervisory and administrative experience
- Valid First Aid Certificate, Ministry of Justice Criminal Records Clearance, valid B.C. Driver's License, and access to a reliable vehicle
- Training in Crisis Management, Foodsafe, TB Clearance, and Medical Certificate for fitness
