Job Title: Training Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Project Manager to join our team at Parkland Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing company-wide developmental needs, designing and implementing effective training solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training courses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the Operations and Training teams in procedural development
  • Conduct company-wide needs assessments and act as the project lead for new initiatives
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, trends, and innovation in learning
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training courses and adjust when necessary
  • Develop and enhance REAL Academy training platform content and tools
  • Develop and lead live training and enhanced learning events for team members
  • Liaise with other functional areas to ensure training support for all
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5-7+ years of progressive experience with demonstrated ability to apply adult learning and training practices
  • Working knowledge of the retail food industry, both Franchise and Corporate models
  • Excellent knowledge of leadership and organization development and leveraging leading edge practices
  • Experience in sourcing, utilizing, and implementing technology to support people programs and initiatives
