About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team at Sparkle Touch Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
    • Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure optimal allocation and utilization.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve business objectives.
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business success.
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the company in negotiations, official functions, and other external activities.
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including employees, clients, and partners.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or management.
  • Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in a senior executive role, with a proven track record of success in financial management, business development, and leadership.
  • Skills
    • Strong financial management and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
