**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Director to join our team at Sierra Lane Construction Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
* Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
* Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
* Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning
* Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
* Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
* Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate the necessary authority to them

* Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
