Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory
- Establish work schedules, prepare reports, and resolve customer complaints
- Organize and maintain inventory, supervise staff, and enforce liquor legislation
- Order and receive supplies, store and update databases, and maintain a fast-paced work environment
- 3-4 years of retail management experience
- College diploma or equivalent experience
- Basic security clearance and criminal record check
- Ability to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Night shift premium
- Parking available

- On-the-job training for youth and phased re-entry options for mature workers
