Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Convenience Store.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure a smooth store operation.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to meet the needs of our customers.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory to maintain a well-stocked store.
- Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, including office and volunteer staff.
- Accurate and efficient in all aspects of the job.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- A team player who is committed to achieving store goals.
We offer a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
