About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Dvelop Enterprises. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Client Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs and ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity.
  • Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 people to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience and Support: Provide support and guidance to newcomers and refugees, and recruit and train staff to meet business needs.
