About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Solutions Expert to join our team in the Americas. As a key member of our Mid-Market Solutions Engineering group, you will work closely with sales teams and other stakeholders to drive forward complex, multi-phase sales involving various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer roles or similar technical sales positions. Fluency in English is a must, and experience with SaaS & cloud-based software is required. You should be able to sell HubSpot's value and explain technical concepts in simple terms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work as a strategic partner with Account Executives to drive complex sales forward.
  • Analyze use cases and find creative solutions to people, business, and technology problems.
  • Lead technical pre-sales conversations around integration and data migration.
  • Consult customers/prospects on their business challenges and how HubSpot can provide solutions.
  • Proactively manage and prioritize deals to support sales performance.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the product team.
  • Coach sales teams on HubSpot's functionalities.
  • Collaborate with SEs across the globe on initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English.
