Job Title: Recruiter

At Huawei Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent, including niche roles.
  2. Candidate Management: Manage the recruitment process, including interviewing, negotiating compensation packages, and creating compensation package proposals.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to ensure the best hiring decisions are made in a timely manner.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, including document management and maintaining best practices.
  5. Event Participation: Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives.
Requirements:
  1. Technical Recruiting Experience: Proven experience in technical recruiting, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  3. Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple vacancies and hiring managers simultaneously.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Passionate about talent acquisition and up-to-date on industry best practices, with the ability to think innovatively and outside-the-box for talent attraction strategies.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite and able to support multiple hiring managers and manage multiple vacancies at a time.
