About the Role

We're seeking a talented Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance recruitment strategies and increase employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Manage the recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the final selection.
  • Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring plans.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and build brand awareness and social media presence.
  • Proactively identify and recommend solutions to recruitment challenges and problems.
  • Serve as an HR business partner to business units, understanding their objectives and aligning HR initiatives accordingly.
  • Work closely with leadership to address employee relations, performance management, and talent development needs.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition and HR programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition and HR business partnering.
  • Proven history in identifying and sourcing top talent, building strong relationships with candidates, and hiring managers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with different audiences and stakeholders.
  • Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
