Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and contribute to the success of The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Canada. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview plans
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
  • Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a smooth onboarding process
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
