We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Kamloops Kia. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and control daily operations to ensure seamless execution of business plans
- Manage staff and assign duties to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Study market research and trends to inform business decisions and drive sales growth
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to build a high-performing team
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop talent
- 3+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
