Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Kamloops Kia. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our dealership, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including managing staff and assigning duties.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop strategies to meet that demand.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that our inventory is always up-to-date and relevant.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring that our business is always financially stable.
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure that our staff is meeting their goals and objectives.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluent in English.
