Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Kamloops Kia. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate performance, and plan for future growth.
- Staff Management: Manage staff, assign duties, and conduct performance reviews.
- Marketing and Sales: Study market research, develop marketing strategies, and locate and procure merchandise for resale.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
