Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K / Esso. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of sales associates.
- Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and other administrative tasks as required.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, including scheduling and task assignments.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Fluency in English.
- 40 hours per week.
- Permanent employment.
