About the Role

The University of Alberta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Faculty Services Lead to join our team. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in managing the current and future facility needs of the Faculty of Education.

The successful candidate will provide strategic and tactical planning, space planning and management, renovations, procurement of furnishings and equipment, and health and safety, security, and emergency preparedness. This position will also have direct managerial responsibility for two positions: Education Services Assistant and Laboratory Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic planning and space allocation
  • Space management and renovation projects
  • Procurement of furnishings and equipment
  • Health and safety, security, and emergency preparedness
  • Relationship management and administration
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in space planning and management
  • Related project management experience, including project budget

What We Offer

The University of Alberta offers a comprehensive benefits package and an annual salary range of $63,389 to $105,645. This is a full-time continuing position with a hybrid work arrangement, including remote and in-person work at North Campus, Edmonton.
