Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Sales Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a primary point of contact for customers during the initial onboarding journey, your role will be to create and foster positive sales relationships with Questrade clients.

Responsibilities

  • Interact and build relationships with customers through multiple channels, including inbound calls, live chat, SMS, email, in-person walk-ins, and virtual meetings.
  • Handle high volumes of inbound sales interactions per day (40+) to assist prospective customers in opening their accounts from start to finish.
  • Work in a hybrid role environment, supporting multiple inbound channels as business demands dictate.
  • Provide an exemplary customer experience by demonstrating our 'We Care' values during each interaction.
  • Educate customers on Questrade's trading platforms, products, and services.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding journey from start to finish.
  • Participate in strategic sales initiatives and engage with colleagues to drive sales targets.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales within a customer-centric environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work rotating 8-hour shifts, including evenings.

Bonus Requirements

  • Knowledge and passion for financial markets and investment products.
  • Contact center experience, preferably in financial services.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
