We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Support Navigator to join our team at Wood's Homes in Lethbridge, AB, Canada.
About the RoleAs a Youth Support Navigator, you will provide direct and consistent one-to-one navigation with youth aged 12-24 within Lethbridge. Your focus will be on identifying and supporting immediate barriers related to mental health, well-being, peer dynamics, and family relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Support systems navigation, case management, and service delivery with youth, families, and caregivers where necessary.
- Participate in outreach activities at schools, community events, and other youth-focused initiatives.
- Maintain proper administrative and client records.
- Actively build and support relationships with other youth-serving agencies in the Lethbridge area.
- Diploma or Undergraduate Degree in Social Sciences, Child and Youth Care, Social Work, Addictions, or Psychology.
- Minimum of two to four years' experience working with young people in a community or mental health setting.
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Awareness and ability to access community resources and support for youth and their families.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will have access to ongoing training, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
