The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Sales team. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in developing relationships with small businesses and helping them understand the value of our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build trust with potential customers, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the challenges and goals of small businesses in the home service industry.
  • Provide personalized recommendations on how to utilize our platform to improve their operations and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with our Sales Development Representatives to ensure seamless customer interactions and effective product demonstrations.
  • Track key metrics and insights in our CRM system to inform sales strategies and optimize customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales environment with a track record of success in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a collaborative sales culture.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
