At Canadian Tire Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Asset and Risk Management team.

This role involves effectively executing IT problem investigations and contributing to the handling, delivery, and sustainability of the Problem Management process across our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Service Management, with a focus on risk mitigation and root cause identification, as well as 2-3 years of experience in problem management.

Key responsibilities include managing and coordinating problem investigations, developing and driving SWOT opportunities for recurring incidents, producing problem management executive summaries and reports, and managing high-profile/sensitive investigations.

In addition, the successful candidate will serve as a point of escalation and act as a Problem Management consultant for other teams, participate in onboarding new team members, and contribute to ServiceNow sprints and testing for Problem Management modules.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Service Management, with a focus on risk mitigation and root cause identification
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in problem management
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications/training, or work experience

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
