About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café Manager to join our team at Bandra Cafe White Rock Inc. As a Café Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our café runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and manage the café's budget to ensure profitability and efficiency
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting performance expectations
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the café
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry
  • College or CEGEP education
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Working Conditions

The Café Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. The role requires the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Language

The primary language of communication is English.

Hours of Work

The Café Manager will work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
