Job Title: Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at The German Tech. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Job Summary:

The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, communicating with customers to understand their needs, and ensuring that their vehicles are repaired or maintained to the highest standards. You will work closely with our technicians to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that their vehicles are repaired or maintained to meet their expectations.
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage customer relationships, building trust and loyalty through excellent communication and service.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, work completed, and any issues or concerns.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license.
