Job Title: Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at The German Tech. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Job Summary:

The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient service delivery, including scheduling and coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and technicians.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that customers are informed and updated throughout the service process.
  • Work effectively with the service team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
