We are seeking a skilled Cement Finisher to join our team at WINDMILL GROUP CORPORATION. As a Cement Finisher, you will be responsible for applying a high-quality finish to concrete surfaces, ensuring a smooth and durable finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish
  • Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure it is properly set
  • Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages, to complete tasks safely and efficiently
  • Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
  • Instruct apprentices and provide guidance on best practices
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures as required
  • Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and ensure durability
  • Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces to a high standard
  • Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects and ensure accurate budgeting
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade
  • Ability to work at heights and in challenging environments
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in demanding conditions
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
