Hotel Managing Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Motel 6. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel services, including guest support, staff management, and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Support: Assist guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Staff Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work for hotel staff, including hiring and training new employees in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies as required to maintain hotel operations.
Experience and Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in hotel operations and management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
