Hotel Operations Manager

Motel 6 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Team Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work for hotel staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Staff Development: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Operations: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Chain: Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring the hotel has the necessary resources to operate effectively.
- Mentorship: Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers and/or refugees, youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Requirements: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field. English language proficiency is required.
Work Terms: Permanent position, 30 to 40 hours per week.
