Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales team at Chevron Gas Station. The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning sales workers to duties, authorizing returns, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient sales floor operations
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales workers to ensure excellent customer service
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
