About the Role
As a Business Development Representative at Rokt, you will be a critical part of our business development team and be a key driver to acquire new clients and expand existing revenue. You will prospect, execute outbound campaigns, and run demo calls to pitch our product and understand what solutions best fit each client.
Responsibilities
- You will take demo calls, guiding our customers through our apps and educating them on how to use our products to be most successful.
- You will manage the sales pipeline, keeping our CRM organized and tracking customer journeys.
- You will contribute to the system, providing information on how the system can be improved as you have more calls.
- You will collect customer feedback, which we value highly in our customer-centric approach.
