Job SummaryWe're seeking a Relationship Specialist to join our team in Saskatoon. As a key member of our local team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective customers, providing financing solutions that meet their needs, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Manage and balance risk on customer accounts to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel frequently within your market to support customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- $55,000 - $65,000 CAD + 15% Quarterly Incentive Plan
