Job Summary

We're seeking a Relationship Specialist to join our team in Saskatoon. As a key member of our local team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective customers, providing financing solutions that meet their needs, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and site visits
  • Assess business and risk situations to make informed decisions and provide tailored financing solutions
  • Grow the portfolio organically and assist in promotional efforts to new and existing accounts
  • Manage and service customer accounts, balancing risk and driving business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of finance solutions
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel frequently within the market to support customers
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
