Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to join our team at Little Brian Skill Development Center Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring optimal resource allocation and efficiency.
  • Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing them with the necessary authority and support to excel in their roles.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
