At KPMG in Canada, we're seeking a talented Senior Manager/Manager, International Tax to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our International Corporate Tax group, you'll work closely with KPMG Partners on international tax planning initiatives and requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements and work closely with other team members on international tax advisory projects.
  • Plan and organize teams for tax return preparation and conduct tax research.
  • Advise on tax minimization strategies and compliance issues.
  • Review staff work for accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentoring for staff development.
  • Collaborate with other office members to attract new work to the firm.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of tax experience in a public accounting or law firm with strong technical skills.
  • Professional accounting or legal designation.
  • Completed or nearly completed the CPA In-Depth tax course.
  • Excellent people management and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated individual with a desire for growth.
  • Strong client service skills and ability to understand client business needs.
  • Dedication to achieving high standards of client service and professionalism.
  • Emphasis on quality and adding value in client offerings and services.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
