As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing tax engagements, contributing to the growth of the firm, and delivering high-quality tax services to our clients.

Our tax practice offers a range of tax and succession planning areas, including estate & trust compliance, personal and corporate tax planning, purchase and sale of private businesses, estate planning, and cross-border investment and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with Tax Partners and Senior staff on business tax compliance, tax provision, and tax advisory engagements
* Develop and implement tax planning for clients
* Build and manage client relationships at a senior level
* Review and approve technical research, tax planning recommendations for international companies
* Review complex corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns and other tax work prepared by staff
