Food Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ash Grove Inn. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a client-focused approach.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team of 3-4 people. We offer a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees, with support for foreign credential recognition and diversity training.
