Food Service Manager

Canada Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities and deadlines.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:- Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of pressure to meet deadlines.
- Stand for extended periods and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Have excellent attention to detail and be able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Have excellent client focus and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

This is a permanent position with a work language of English or French and a work schedule of 30-40 hours per week.
