Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive and reactive security patrols to ensure the safety of people and property

• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a professional and effective manner

• Write clear and concise reports to document incidents and security activities

• Investigate routine incidents and take appropriate action to prevent future occurrences

• Enforce parking and smoking regulations, as well as other site-specific by-laws

• Maintain awareness of and enforce company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License

• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C Certificate

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment while maintaining professionalism

• Moderate physical activity, standing and walking for long periods of time

• Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation

• Remain calm and effectively perform in emergency situations

• Adhere to our Code of Ethics in performing job requirements
