The Associate II, Compliance role is responsible for ensuring site compliance to cGMP regulations and internal quality procedures. Key responsibilities include conducting investigations, managing product quality complaints, CAPAs, deviations, and change controls. Additionally, this position involves maintaining the global documents implementation tracker, performing gap assessments, and implementing global procedures at the site. The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing and approving action items, CAPAs, and global CAPAs in TrackWise, as well as monitoring their effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a quality function role. They will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in software applications such as MS Word, Excel, and TrackWise is required. A self-starter with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude is essential for this role.
