Job Title: Inventory Clerk

Leedwood LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing orders, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels, processing orders, and verifying receipts and packing slips.
  • Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accurate and complete delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to resolve delivery and other problems with suppliers, ensuring minimal disruptions to our operations.
  • Review requisition orders for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all necessary information is included.
  • Set up and maintain inventory control systems, including tracking and reporting on stock levels, inventory turnover, and other key metrics.
  • Compile and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to management.
  • Dispose of and account for outdated stock, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors, with attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a strong sense of reliability and team player skills.
